Abs conditioning
Core exercises train the muscles of lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability, whether on the playing field or in daily activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles.
Power yoga
Power yoga has a low impact work out yet rigorous enough to promote mental and physical stability. Power yoga strengthens as well as burns calories at the same time.
Step aerobics
Increases efficiency of respiratory system, cardiovascular system, blood volume and delivery of blood to muscles.
Weight training
Weight training develops bone density, Lose Body Fat, builds muscle, as lean muscle increases so does metabolism.
Kick boxing
Kick boxing covers all body areas and provides a useful balance between cardio and resistance training. It also reduces and relieves stress.
Zumba
At its core, a Zumba class provides a large calorie burn through aerobic activity done and also provides full body work out.
